A great game having already drawn 4-4 with Torrance at home in the firstgame of the season. We were 1-4 down with 20 minutes to play and ended up winning with a goal in the last minute. We started off playing well and keeping good possession and took the lead after about 15 minutes when a shot from the edge of the box was parried by the home keeper and Rudy Kingwaya hit home from 6 yards. It wasn't long before they equalised with a great run and shot from the Torrance wide player. It got worse as Torrance scored again after Callum Moffat left the ball at close range for Alex who saw it at the last moment and it came off him to the Torrance striker to net. Just before the interval good link up between Rudy and Dean McKirdy saw Dean hit the bar.
After the interval Torrance took a 1-4 lead through quick break aways and it could have been worse if Alex had not had a couple of saves when Torrance were through on goal. We threw on our substiutes who freshened things up and Jack Rogers scored direct from a corner to start the revival. Ashraf Boukhet then netted from a couple of yards to give us hope. A great cross from Blair Johnson was headed home by Dean with a few minutes to go and in the last minute Callum, who had his best gane for some time, crossed and Dean again headed past the keeper to win the game.
A great result when all seemed lost.
