A poor result to one of the league challengers down in Irvine.
A couple of players out ill or injured meant a few changes to the starting 11 but despite matching Clark Drive in playing good football slack defending and losing players from wide positions was our undoing. We were 1-0 down after around 15 minutes and a second was scored just before half time.
We created a few chances in the second half and had a good shout for a penalty which the refereee ignored. As seems to happen frequently in these situations the other team went up the park a couple of minutes later and scored to make it 3-0.
