Busby Amateur Football Club

The Under 15s produced their best performance of the season so far in a tricky league tie away to Westerton Utd. Busby dominated the entire match from start to finish but somehow found themselves 2-0 behind, with the two Westerton goals coming as a result of sloppy defending and individual errors. The scoreline however would read 3-2 in Busbys' favour at the half time interval with goals coming from Stuart Taylor and a Mark McHendry double. In the second have the 15s carried on as they left off and scored twice more without reply with David Cosgrove and Delali Boccorh adding their names to the scoresheet. To a man it was undoubtedly the most effort and commitment shown for a while and special mention must go to Mark McHendry and Delali Boccorh who both produced special individual performances.
