This was another game that Busby needed to take something from. St Cadocs pressed straight from the start and Busby took sometime to get into the match. After 15 Minutes St.Cadocs took the lead from a corner, their striker glanced the ball past the Busby defence. This was the wake up call Busby needed and although we pressed the game we just could not score despite plenty of chances. Busby had a chance to equalize when they were awarded a penalty, however, the spot kick was well saved by the keeper to keep it 1-0 for St Cadocs. The second half started the way the first ended with plenty of Busby attacks but no luck in front of goal. Their reward came from another penalty when Callum Young was pulled down in the box. This time it was the turn of Liam Kinney to take and again the St Cadocs keeper saved but Liam scored with the follow up. The Busby defence were once again magnificent but the strikers need to start scoring on a more regular basis. Several contenders for man of the match but Chris Carlin was oustanding in defence .
