A game refereed by Alan Bruce due to the no show by the referee. Again we struggling for bodies with just one sub due to injuries and 2 or 3 boys received knocks during the game but had to play on - Ryan Connolly,Dean McKirdy, Gurpal Singh. Thistle scored first but Rudi Kingwaya then scored quickly afterwards. Gurpal Singh,suffering from a bad back scored a fine goal before having to come off. Notbad for his last touch!. The second half was comfortable for us with the defence of Kyle Maxwell assweeper, Craig Blair and Shaun Alexander easily coping with the Thistle forwards.
