A disappointing result but a match that we were missing a couple of keyplayers due to injury and suspension (Alistair Gardner injured in RegionalSelect game the night before) and Rudi Kingwaya, top scorer, suspended.The game was even but a poorly controlled backpass let in Barrhead to scoreafter 20 mins. A further goal just before half time made it an uphillbattle. Barrhead's two pacey strikers caused our defence bother all day andthe cup dream was over for another year.
