Busby 15's poor run of form continued for the third successive game, with few players, if any, showing any sort of spirit or desire to pick themselves up from the slump. Busby started slowly and were 3-1 down by half-time. Conceding a goal almost straight from the re-start ended any doubts of who would be taking the 3 points, and even though they responded with 2 goals of their own, Busby never looked like getting anything from the game, nor did they deserve to. Westerton were admittedly a better side on the day than the two previous meetings, but the way in which the players 'threw in the towel' and accepted the defeat was the most disappointing part of the day. A major attitude change and willingness to give everything they've got is needed by the 15's if they've to have any chance of winning the league.
