The 15's returned to league action after a couple of weeks off due to the weather and opposition teams having problems with player numbers. After a slow start Busby took the lead courtesy of an own goal. Drumchapel then equalised before Euan Waugh put the home side 2-1 up, only for Drumchapel to again equalise. David Cosgrove then put Busby ahead 3-2, a lead they would take into the half-time break. Busby began the second half like a team transformed, and the pace in which they played at left Drumchapel with no answers. Most of the second half had Busby playing an excellent one, and two touch passing game and they would go on to score 5 goals without reply, through Euan Waugh, David Cosgrove, Stuart Taylor and a Delali Boccorh double. On the whole this really was a game of 2 halves and Busby in the second period produced one of their best displays of the season. A special mention must go to both Jack 'Alan McGregor' Cain and Ross 'Artur Boruc' Allan who deputised for a half each due to goalkeeper Matthew Holmes being unavailable through sickness.
