  3. Did it have an effect on other players?

  4. Do you fully understand the responsibilities of a team player?

  5. Do you prefer to operate outside the team plan?

  6. Can you abide by club rules?

  7. Do you resent officialdom just for the sake of it?

  8. Do you let 'off the field' events influence your game?

  9. Do you enjoy being involved in 'on field' skirmishes because they hide your playing defects?

  10. Should I be playing at this level in a team game?
